We developed this program to help independent service providers develop a "family" of customers who trust them. 

You are presently paying for the "extra protection" the bigger companies "guarantee and warrantees" give you but you often still get second rate work since the people they employ aren't necessarily any more professional than the "handyman" that  is trying to make a living-much like you and I.  I've recently seen news media "scaring" people away from using small businessmen that are the back-bone of the American economy.   We believe you can trust most of these people-most of them are trying to make an honest living with the skills they have. 

But we still want to offer the portection of feedback and knowledge about these providers-much like Angie's List.  The "bad apples" will not last in our program??  In fact, with your help, we might be able to put some out of business-so they can't hurt the next person with poor workmanship and overpricing!!!  But we will also give the second chance-WE WILL let providers know when the job isn't up to your standard and give them a chance to come back and fix it. 
It's not fair to a provider, who tried to do a good job but you weren't satisfied, to get a "bad rap" because you didn't let him know what needed to be done better.  
Folks-it's time the honest folk start helping each other become better and to get the rip-off shisters off the streets. 

Here is what Be Right By Caring, INC will do for our customers:

1) We will publish the results of the surveys we receive from our customers.  Those with low survey results will be taken off our advertising lists and affiliate lists.

2)   We will call any service provider for you and allow him/her the opportunity to return and complete any job not finished to satisfaction.   Most service providers want to do right for their customers but people often accept poor work and then destroy the service provider's reputation in the local area by spreading bad word of mouth about work without giving the provider a notice you were dissatisfied or a chance to correct the problem.  This is not fair for either party.

With your help, our program will result in you receiving better quality work at a better price.
